Successful change management starts with knowing which changes to make. This webinar embraces that concept and presents how return on investment tools and established project management principles can be adapted to the environmental, health and safety world to help you set a solid foundation for your EHS programs. It looks at ways to evaluate projects and offers advice on how to select the right projects for your organization’s circumstances. On top of that, you’ll learn how to sell your project proposals to the C-suite and how to successfully bring them to life.

Join Intelex experts Debra Koehler and Scott Gaddis to learn more about how to:

  • Prioritize and choose projects for maximum operational impact
  • Achieve leadership approval for the required level of organizational support
  • Introduce and sustain change for optimal employee engagement
