Forklift Safety & Compliance: Your Toughest Questions Answered!

When

7/20/23 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm CDT

Event Description

Forklift safety has seen a renewed focus with the observance of National Forklift Safety Day (observed on the second Tuesday of June each year), serving as the focal point for forklift manufacturers to reinforce the importance of forklift safety practices and operator safety training. The increased focus is for good reason: Powered industrial trucks continue to be in heavy use throughout industry and continue to be a source of severe injuries to workers.

Join as we answer some of the tough questions regarding forklift safety and compliance. We’ll cover:

  • The scope of OSHA’s standard on powered industrial trucks
  • Training – who, when, what and by whom
  • Inspections
  • Maintenance
  • Attachments/modifications
  • Operational issues
  • Personnel lifting platforms
  • And much more!

This event will include a live Q&A session, so bring your compliance questions!
