Trucking association files petition over HOS final rule

Arlington, VA – The American Trucking Associations filed a petition on Feb. 14 with the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia over the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s hours-of-service final rule issued last December. The rule limits drivers’ ability to restart their weekly maximum driving time.
