“In 2013 Jarrod volunteered to lead safety communication and training for the La-Z-Boy Corporation in addition to his duties at a large manufacturing plant. Since that time he has written and developed 54 different safety training presentations that are used by all manufacturing employees throughout La-Z-Boy. These trainings make up an annual curriculum covering all OSHA required refreshers, reinforcing our critical safety programs, and providing the corporation a common language around safety.”
