Written by Division Chairman David Daniels, Bully Culture is a Safety Hazard in the Public Sector focuses on an infrequently discussed topic that – unfortunately – has become all too common in the workplace. Bullying is often described and discussed from a human resource perspective, but what if instead it’s a safety issue and should be dealt with as such?
