OSHA extends FACOSH nomination deadline

Washington – OSHA has extended the deadline for nominations for membership to the Federal Advisory Council on Occupational Safety and Health. The new deadline is Oct. 31.

The agency is seeking three members to represent labor and three to represent management for the committee. The 16-member committee comprises an equal number of employee and management representatives, and advises the secretary of labor on occupational safety and health issues related to federal workers.
