The National Safety Council launched Preventing Slips, Trips and Falls week on June 2 as part of National Safety Month, an annual observance to educate and encourage safe behaviors for top causes of preventable injuries and deaths. Falls are the second leading cause of unintentional death in homes and communities. Special thanks to Grainger for being a Safety Champion of National Safety Month and the exclusive sponsor of Preventing Slips, Trips and Falls week.
