    This Brady webinar explores the current status of the Hazard Communication Standard (HazCom) and OSHA's adoption of the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). It discusses which deadlines companies should have met by now, where most companies are in meeting the deadline and industry best practices for meeting current requirements. Additionally the webinar discusses what a company must do in order to be compliant by the 2016 OSHA deadline.

    Tom Smith is the regional product marketing specialist for workplace safety and identification solutions at Brady Worldwide, Inc. Smith has 20 years of experience developing safety, identification and productivity solutions for commercial, industrial and construction markets.

    Heather Marenda is the client services engagement manager for Brady Worldwide, Inc. She establishes solutions based on comprehensive safety assessment processes. These solutions include training offerings, such as OSHA 10 or 30 hour courses, hazard communication training, lockout/tagout training and confined space entry and awareness. Marenda also works with the internal sales team and clients to better develop safety solutions and services. She has over 18 years of field-based environmental health and safety consulting and solutions experience.
