“Jen partnered with the food and beverage team to implement a peer-to-peer safety observation program that teaches cast how to identify safe and unsafe behaviors and use that knowledge to coach their peers. Jen and the team have implemented a Cast Safety Community Meeting, where all of the safety committees share best practices, near misses, peer-to-peer evaluations, recognition, networking and camaraderie. Jen has partnered with the Food and Beverage Team and Select Medical to implement the Athletic Training Program (strengthening and conditioning). And finally, Jen is in the process of conducting Job Task Analysis for the top roles experiencing occupational injuries and illnesses.”
