Master Lock Co. recently announced it has published a new white paper entitled Highlights of the New ANSI/ASSE Z244.1 Standard, Control of Hazardous Energy - Lockout/Tagout and Alternative Methods. Authored by Todd Grover, global senior manager – applied safety solutions, who has more than 30 years of experience as a practicing safety professional and EHS manager, the white paper focuses on the responsibilities of suppliers, design of machinery/equipment for the control of hazardous energy, and the importance of a hazardous energy control program, among other topics.
