ThermOmega

For over 35 years, ThermOmegaTech® has been a leader in the design and manufacture of self-actuating thermostatic temperature control solutions. We provide innovative solutions for a wide range of industrial applications including tepid water delivery, washdown, freeze protection, scald protection, mixing & diverting, steam traps, drain tempering, and many other applications where efficient and reliable temperature control is critical.

The Therm-O-Mix® Station ensures that emergency safety shower and face/eyewash stations are instantly and continuously provided with OSHA-compliant 80°F tepid water using only a facility’s existing steam and water supplies. Designed to function 100% mechanically, the station does not require a source of electricity to operate, making it particularly suitable for explosion-proof environments.

We offer a range of washdown station options to fit into any facility’s maintenance procedures. The STVM® Washdown Station mixes together steam and water to instantly produce a high-pressure wash at a user-defined temperature. Designed to be in-line serviceable with a removeable cartridge, the STVM® Washdown Station reduces production line downtime during regularly scheduled maintenance. For facilities without an available source of steam, we offer a hot/cold water mixing washdown station, as well as a cold-water only station.

Our freeze protection valves are used to protect water systems during the frigid winter months. Relied on by thousands across the country, our self-actuating thermostatic valves protect emergency safety showers, piping, pumps, condensate systems, fire lines, and other equipment with a resupply line.

On the opposite side of the temperature spectrum, water-bearing pipes can easily become overheated due to solar radiation or malfunctioning heat tracing. To prevent potentially scalding hot water being released from emergency safety shower and face/eyewash stations our scald protection valves automatically drain excessively hot water from emergency fixtures.

Founded in 1983, ThermOmegaTech® is a privately held organization located just outside of Philadelphia, PA. Over 95% of our products are manufactured, calibrated, and tested in-house. R&D, prototype development, and integrated solutions are managed on site and our products are distributed and used worldwide.
