Among the resources:

  • “Leading in a Crisis”: DEKRA North America Consulting Senior Vice President Don Martin shares his insights on managing through a crisis and how it’s time for managers to shift their leadership gears.
  • “Leading Safety During a Financial Crisis” is a new white paper by Don Groover, general manager; Jim Spigener, chief client officer; and David Musgrave, vice president at DEKRA North America Consulting. In the paper, the authors recommends some critical actions that leaders can take to drive safety and its value through these times of uncertainty.
  • “Six Tips to Enhance Workplace Safety During the COVID-19 Crisis,” a new blog post that provides a course of action for moving forward.
  • “COVID-19 Exposure Reduction Checklist,” a simple observation checklist that can help foster conversations and feedback.
