Richard Karn, known to many as Al Borland from the TV show “Home Improvement,” is featured in a series of six videos for St. Louis-based Iron Age Work Boots. In one of the videos, Karn explains how to save one’s foot with metatarsal protective footwear. In another video, he invites viewers to “just say no to (boot) crack” with Iron Age’s industry-only crack-resistant leather. Other videos highlight the importance of workers picking the right boot for the job. Karn even gives tough workers the OK to wear soft-toed shoes for some jobs.
