Leading safety into the future

Join the National Safety Council in “Leading Safety into the Future” at the 2013 NSC Congress & Expo – the world’s largest annual safety event. This year’s event, scheduled for Sept. 28 through Oct. 4, welcomes more than 13,000 environmental, health and safety professionals to Chicago.

The Opening Session features Capt. Mark Kelly, commander of the Space Shuttle Endeavor’s final mission, and Janet Froetscher, president and CEO of the National Safety Council.

To advance your learning, more than 130 introductory, intermediate and advanced Technical Sessions and Professional Development Seminars will be offered. Attendees also can explore more than 900 exhibitors and participate in networking opportunities such as “Rock ‘n’ Community: Connections for a Cause” and the National Awards Celebration. New networking opportunities this year include an off-the-job luncheon and a technical tour of Soldier Field during which you can learn how employees approach safety and maintain a 1.6 million-square-foot stadium that hosts more than 220 events a year.

Come join your fellow safety professionals in Chicago. While great progress has been made in the more than 100 years of the National Safety Council’s existence, NSC knows that even greater safety improvements can be made when we work together.
