Correction

In last week's Membership News Alert story on the Wyoming bill seeking to increase OSHA penalties, the increase to $8,000 from $5,000 denotes the minimum amount willful violations would have increased had the bill passed, not an increase for serious violations. Membership News Alert regrets the error.
