Medical review board to discuss fatigue-related evidence for HOS regs

Washington – The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s Medical Review Board is scheduled to host a public meeting (.pdf file) on Feb. 13 in Alexandria, VA, to identify fatigue-related evidence to aid future decisions on hours-of-service regulations for commercial motor vehicle drivers.

FMCSA’s Motor Carrier Safety Advisory Committee met Feb. 9, 2012, to discuss whether FMCSA should issue changes to its motorcoach industry HOS regulations.

Public comments are due Feb. 5.
