Virginia DOL launches worker safety PSAs
Richmond, VA – The Virginia Department of Labor and Industry has launched a public service announcement campaign highlighting worker safety.
The campaign will cover a variety of topics, with a new PSA highlighted every six weeks, the department stated. The first PSA was released March 22 and addresses trenching and excavation hazards. The department said future PSAs will include topics such as overhead power lines, heat stress and fall protection.
