Work boot
The Gear work boot features ICS technology, a proprietary system that gives wearers the ability to customize their comfort for how they walk by adjusting the gel disc that sits in the boot’s heel to one of four settings: cushion, firm, inward or outward support. This boot features a waterproof leather upper and waterproof membrane to guarantee feet stay dry in wet conditions.
