The Portacool Hazardous Location 260 portable evaporative cooler is designed to cool areas where gas or airborne debris is potentially combustible. The HZ260 comes equipped with innovative Kuul Comfort with FirePro technology – a flame retardant media designed to UL 900 standards. Additionally, all switches, cords, motors and pumps are sealed in UL-listed products to ensure an intrinsically safe design. ETL-certified for use in Class I, Division 2, Groups C and D, the HZ260 comes with a three-year warranty on all electrical components.
