Visual safety checklist solution
The visibility of this patented safety checklist solution means busy supervisors can see at a glance if a forklift operator has completed a pre-shift inspection. The carbon-copy inspection book – housed in a weatherproof paddle attached to the forklift – keeps a record of each inspection and creates a green or red display on every forklift. The green/red display shows if an inspection has taken place and if the forklift is safe to use. The display also shows the date and time the inspection took place and the name of the person who conducted it.
