Dovetail Workwear, a Portland, OR-based women’s workwear brand, has named Katie Copeland national sales director. Copeland will manage the North American-based sales team and independent reps, execute sales and retail objectives, and support the overall growth strategy for the brand. Before joining Dovetail, Copeland built a successful career in sales management across the outdoor industry, including her most recent position at Petzl America, where she served as national sales manager.
