“Bob managed a safety specialist through the process of creating station-specific energy control procedures for all necessary minor servicing tasks. This method was benchmarked for the company, clear and concise so that all employees could easily understand it. He also inspired an intern to create a hands-on learning demonstration to facilitate better PPE compliance, specific to hearing protection. Finally, he created a response team to physically review all first aid incidents that occur at the plant in order to determine proper root cause and implement all recommended corrective actions.”
