“In 2021, Zach introduced a safety initiative known as the Regulatory Review process. He led our training team through short, accessible content modules that included definitions, interpretations, case studies, statistics and general guidance on how and why certain safety regulations came to be. He trained 106 current EHS professionals on regulations related to fire suppression, fall protection, electronic manifesting, waste handling, etc. Safety managers today still use Zach’s review process to educate thousands of workers across the country. His 2021 virtual webinars have been viewed live and on-demand more than 13,500 times.”
