In her role at V2X, Lidia oversees strategic EHS management. With more than 27 years of experience in the field, she’s led significant improvement initiatives, strengthening EHS project requirements, and minimizing environmental and occupational health risks for employees globally. Lidia's expertise includes creating and inspecting ESH programs; implementing safety processes; and ensuring compliance with EPA, OSHA, federal, state and local regulations. She brings a comprehensive background in EHS management and holds a bachelor’s in environment safety and occupational health from California State University, Northridge.

Elizabeth Paredes, Director of Digital Transformation, Ideagen

With more than 20 years of experience in EHS management and engineering, Elizabeth is a certified EHS professional leading digital transformation initiatives at Ideagen.
