Craig Faulkner
Age 36
Global Biosafety Officer
Dow AgroSciences
Indianapolis, IN

“Craig identified that the quantity and diversity of organisms present at our global research and development headquarters presented an opportunity to proactively
collaborate with the USDA in the creation of a Supercontainment Facility. In spearheading this initiative, Craig successfully established our global R&D
headquarters as one of only eight of these facilities in the U.S. This designation has provided Dow AgroSciences the ability to safely bring 10,000 unique organisms in for research. This unique facility also provides superior protection for workers and organisms alike. Since Craig has assumed the role of Global Biosafety Officer, there have been zero Notices of Violations relative to biologicals and the company has experienced zero laboratory acquired infections globally.”
