Achieving Better Outcomes with Mass Notification Systems

For organizations that have experienced an emergency, they may have run into challenges communicating with their people, resulting in less-than-optimal outcomes when trying to resolve a crisis situation. Without a strong communication plan, it’s difficult to achieve a successful emergency response.

Jason Sufka, and emergency preparedness project manager, will speak with Pat Scheckel from Singlewire Software to share his insights into how organizations can achieve better outcomes during emergencies using mass notifications systems as a key tool for communicating during a crisis. Attendees with receive actionable tips for analyzing their current emergency communication plans so they can identify potential gaps that could slow down response times or prevent people from receiving a critical message. Pat Scheckel is the executive vice president of product management for Singlewire Software, a leading developer of mass notification solutions. Jason Sufka, Emergency Preparedness Project Manager, CentraCare Health

Jason Sufka is the emergency preparedness project manager for CentraCare Health – an integrated, not-for-profit organization working to improve the lives and well-being of those living in central Minnesota. His primary role is the administration and oversight of CentraCare’s emergency notification program, and he works to support emergency response wherever needed. Jason also works as a firefighter for his local fire department and has more than a decade of facility security experience.
