In order to enable this high amount of hours on the floor, Kinsey has effectively influenced other leaders at her site to take true ownership of proactive safety activities. As a key part of ‘sharpening the saw,’ Kinsey pursued and successfully achieved the Certified Safety Professional designation during 2022. Knowledge and skills associated with the CSP have enabled Kinsey to approach peers and associates from a higher point of authority and knowledge. Kinsey has been a leader in several multisite improvement teams such as ergonomics, crane and lifting safety, and machine safeguarding.”
