“He created a spreadsheet to log the company’s radiation licenses and engineers’ radiation licenses in various countries within the Southeast Asia region. This enables easy identification of expiring licenses and quick renewal turnaround, and resulted in zero compliance issues. He led and created a systematic spreadsheet for radiation doses, monitoring for 126 engineers. This resulted in 100% visibility of radiation dose of engineers (previously it was almost 0%, as dose report results were sporadic among the various countries and were not consolidated under one roof) and zero reportable radiation dose cases.”
