“During COVID, Emily implemented an aggressive monthly computer-based training program, improving Clark Water employee participation from 70% to consistent 100% compliance through her personal outreach to team members and new employees. On the jobsite, Emily has implemented ‘Just in Time’-focused training for our teams and recently conducted the training for our crews on confined space entry. She also has led a push to switch from A-frame ladders to lean-safe ladders and introduced this to the crews through small crew training sessions in their work areas.”
