“While working with a client in the automotive industry, Tony created an employee calisthenics program to help new employees on the production line condition and exercise their muscles. Prior to Tony’s program, the company experienced high turnover of new employees due to discomfort in their hands and wrists. He developed and implemented an Occupational Work Hardening Program for new associates to strengthen and rehabilitate their muscles during a four-week period. He built a team to conduct ergonomic assessments and implemented a job rotation. He also worked with the engineering team to revise the work instructions and job safety analysis. After six months, it was benchmarked to sister companies as part of their new-hire safety training.”
