“Travis expanded an existing client relationship to include an assessment of the company’s overall safety culture. As a result, he identified a need to train employees and make changes to their roofs to ensure OSHA compliance. The client was impressed with his work and asked him to develop a plan to address their shortcomings. Travis’ strategy included a new fall protection training that replaced the client’s outdated and ineffective training. Travis developed the program and trained 50 employees in Ohio, as well as employees in other states, within one year. The client has not had any fall-related injuries on roofs since implementing this new training program.”
