“Rocco led a series of EHS training and site awareness training for employees who were transitioning to the construction site. He developed a detailed training presentation, pamphlets to hand out to employees, signs and one-page safety alert reports for sitewide distribution. This training was soon deemed mandatory by Shell Polymers’ general manager and all 500-plus employees were trained. This training is now considered a best practice for Shell employees for a safe mobilization to site.”
