“Tia’s leadership has enabled both safe operations and home safety for her teams. She immediately began leading teams at COVID-19 mass testing locations through up to 600 tests per day, operations applauded by the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps up to the U.S. surgeon general. Tia then led mobile testing covering three to six sites per week, operations that addressed the virus’s presence in over 15 communities. Pre-COVID, Tia’s teams aided 110 families with soil contamination. Tia’s operations protect her team and communities from hazards affecting work and home. Her leadership has created a 24/7 safety culture.”
